Terms and Conditions
- At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy-in for cash + fee, loyalty points or tickets.
- Microgaming Poker Network is offering one package for Cannes 2011. Details below.
- The €3,100 Cannes package will include the €1,090 buy-in to WSOPE 2011 Event #2 – No Limit Hold’em side event in October 2011; 5 nights’ hotel accommodation; €800 travel and spending money; and an invitation to an MPN welcome drinks. If a player reaches the final table of the WSOPE Event #2, one nights’ additional hotel accommodation will be paid for.
- No cash alternatives will be available.
- Microgaming Poker Network Operators reserve the right to offer alternative package options to their players to the total value of €3,100. These options will be marketed to players by each individual Operator and will be the responsibility of each Operator to organise.
- Players will receive 5 nights’ accommodation in Cannes on a bed and breakfast basis. Each hotel room is for the player plus one guest. An extra charge will apply to triple rooms. Players will be responsible for all additional charges to their room – mini-bar, etc. Players will be expected to present a credit card on arrival to cover any extras.
- Players must supply all requested hotel information – double or twin room, name of guest etc, by Tuesday 27th September 2011 for the WSOPE, or they will be allocated their hotel room based on the minimum information.
- Any individual player can only win one package to the WSOPE in Cannes.
- It is the individual winners’ responsibility to provide all necessary information to the MPN organisers for their WSOPE registration and hotel booking by Tuesday 27th September.
- It is the individual winners’ responsibility to organise their travel to Cannes for the events and to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Players will be credited with €800 for Cannes for their travel expenses.
- No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a Package to each of the winners. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by Microgaming whose decision shall be final.
- Microgaming reserves the right to buy‐back entire Packages from players who have won a final Package. The price payable by Microgaming to buy‐back a Package will be €3,100.
- By entering the Cannes 2011 Satellites, players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes by MPN and their Operator.
- By entering the Cannes 2011 Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear Microgaming Poker Network Operator apparel (hats and/or T‐Shirts) if provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of MPN management. No non-MPN Operator branded apparel can be worn at the WSOPE.
- Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of Microgaming Poker Network management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- The winner of a seat at the Cannes 2011 Online Satellites and/or Final tournament cannot sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and Microgaming will not award cash in lieu of a seat in the Cannes 2011 Online Tournaments.
- As in all online tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
- All satellite games shall be Single or Multi‐Table, no‐limit Hold'em tables, following standard Microgaming Poker Network rules.
- The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
- Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the Cannes 2011 Online Finals and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Microgaming Poker Network management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- Microgaming Poker Network management reserves the right to deny entry to Cannes 2011 Online Finals and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from the same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
- Microgaming Poker Network management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the Cannes 2011 Online Final and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.

- Microgaming Poker Network shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the Cannes 2011.
