ECOSTT Rounders Structure

1. At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy‐in for cash + fee.
2. Any individual player can only win one seat at the ECOSTT.
3. 32Red Poker ’s package will include: €800 for travel expenses & spending money (paid into
   the players’ poker account); 3 nights’ hotel accommodation in Tallinn; and the
   entrance fee into the ECOSTT, on 17-19 July 2009 (the “Package”) .
4. No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are
   entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is
   a Package to each of the winners. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is
   if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to
   the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by
   32Red whose decision shall be final.
5. Sit & Go feeders, when used in the tournament structure, will be multi‐level where winnings
   at any level are taken in the form of tokens which are non‐cashable. Unused player tokens at
   the end of the tournament are non‐cashable.
6. 32Red reserves the right to buy‐back entire Packages from players who have won a
   final Package for the ECOSTT. The price payable by 32Red to buy‐back a Package will be
   €4,000.
7. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and
   visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of
   proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification.
8. By entering the ECOSTT, Online Final or Satellites, players agree that their real names, aliases
   and images can be used for promotional purposes.
9. By entering the ECOSTT, Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a
   Package, they will wear 32Red Poker apparel (hats and/or T‐Shirts) provided to them
   and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of 32Red management.
10. Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of 32Red management and
    any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
11. Subject to the provisions of rule 6 above, the winner of a seat at the ECOSTT, Online
    Satellites and/or Final tournament cannot sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such a seat
    to another person, and 32Red will not award cash in lieu of a seat at the ECOSTT, Online
    Tournament or land based Final.
12. As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded
    off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
13. All satellite games shall be Single or Multi‐Table, no‐limit Hold'em tables, following standard
    32Red Poker rules.
14. The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each
    tournament.
15. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the ECOSTT, Online Final and/or Satellites and to
    remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of 32Red management and any
    decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
