MASTER CLASSICS OF POKER, Amsterdam

Once again we will be giving our players the opportunity to win a package to one of Europe's oldest tournaments, hosted in one of the most exciting cities in the world... The 'Master Classics of Poker' in Amsterdam.

Our prize package is valued at $12,500 and includes €6,200 entry to the main event, 6-nights accommodation, $600 towards travel, and $500 spending money. Our players could be competing with some of the best poker professionals for their chance at the estimated €850,000 1st prize.

We are guaranteeing 3x packages!

• At any Level (satellite or online final), any player can buy in for cash + fee.
• Any individual player can only win one seat at the Master Classics of Poker €5k Tournament, in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
• 32Red Poker's package will include: $600 (credited to the players poker account) towards transportation costs, hotel accommodation in Amsterdam, entrance fee into the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam on 11th-14th November 2008 and $500 or the equivalent of, in Euros, which will be given to the each package winner upon arrival in Amsterdam, The Netherlands as spending money (the "Package").
• No cash awards will be made from Satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the competition with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a Package to each of the winners. The only possible way for a player to be paid a cash award is if there are insufficient entries in a satellite or at the final to cover the cost of additional seats to the next level. In this instance, the nature and value of any award will be determined by 32Red Poker whose decision shall be final.
• Sit & Go feeders when used in the tournament structure, will be multi-level where winnings at any level are taken in the form of tokens which are non-cashable. Unused player tokens at the end of the tournament are non-cashable.
• Microgaming reserves the right to buy-back entire Packages from players who have won a final Package for the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam Tournament. The price payable by Microgaming to buy-back a Package will be $12,500
• It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. 32Red Poker will book all accommodation.
• By entering the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam Online Final or Satellites players agree that their real names, aliases and images can be used for promotional purposes.
• By entering the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam Online Final or Satellites, players agree that, should they win a Package, they will wear 32Red Poker apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) provided to them and will wear the apparel in accordance with the instructions of 32Red Poker management.
• Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of 32Red Poker management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
• Subject to the provisions of rule 6 above, the winner of a seat at the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam Online Satellites and/or Final tournament can not sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer such seat to another person, and 32Red Poker will not award cash in lieu of a seat at the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam Online Tournament or land based Final.
• As in all tournaments, players may not sit out. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
• All satellite games shall be Single or Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following standard 32Red Poker rules.
• The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
• Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam Online Final and/or Satellites and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of 32Red Poker's management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
• 32Red Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam Online Final and Satellites and/or remove a player or disqualify a player from same and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
• 32Red Poker management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam Online Final and/or Satellite Tournaments at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
• Players must be of legal age to participate in any of the tournaments.
• 32Red Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the Master Classics of Poker, Amsterdam.
• LEGALITY, INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND TAXATION OF WINNINGS:
  32Red Poker jealously guards its participants' privacy. However, there may be circumstances in which disclosure of information to regulatory or fiscal authorities is necessary or desirable, and 32Red Poker reserves the right to release information in such circumstances. Please note that 32Red Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, 32Red Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on 32Red Poker is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
