You can win a complete $9,700 Package that includes a fortnight in Vegas that starts with the 3-day WPT Bootcamp Champions Event where you will get hands-on training from well known professional players. During the camp, there will also be real tournaments where you will have the opportunity to win cash, as well as WPT and/or WSOP main event buy-ins. Following on from this, you will then have a full week to take-in all the sights and sounds that Las Vegas can offer. 1. A player can buy a seat to participate in any level of the Vegas Poker Fantasy (satellites or online final), for cash plus a fee (the "buy-in"). The amount of the buy-in will depend on the level of the tournament entered into by the player.
2. The winner/s of the final of the Vegas Poker Fantasy will win a prize package (the "Package") consisting of the following:
a) $1,500 contribution to travel expenses (credited to the players online account)
b) 13-night's hotel accommodation in Las Vegas – USA,
c) Paid entry into the WPT Bootcamp Champions Event, and Event #2 at the World Series of Poker
d) $1,000 spending money (which will be given to the player upon arrival in Vegas).
3. No cash awards will be made from satellite game seat wins to the next level. All prizes are entries to the next level of the Vegas Poker Fantasy with the exception of the final, the prize for which is a Package to each of the winners.
4. "Sit & Go" feeders when used in the Vegas Poker Fantasy structure, will be multi-level where winnings at any level are taken in the form of tokens which are non-cashable.
5. Unused player tokens at the end of the Vegas Poker Fantasy are non-cashable.
6. Microgaming Poker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to buy-back entire Packages from players. The price payable by Microgaming Poker to buy-back a Package will be $9,700
7. The player must be 21 years of age or older in order to receive the Package. It is the player's responsibility to ensure, prior to participating in the Vegas Poker Fantasy Tournament, that the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in his/her jurisdiction.
Subject to rule 6 above, the player may not sell, trade, assign or in any way transfer any prize won, including a Package or any part thereof, without Microgaming Poker's express, prior written consent.
7. It is the individual winner's responsibility to ensure that all travel documents (passport and visa, as required) are in order and to obtain any required travel and medical insurance. Lack of proper travel documents may be grounds for disqualification. Microgaming Poker will book all accommodation.
8. The player agrees that his/her real name, alias and images can be used for promotional purposes.
9. The player agrees that should he/she win a Package, he/she will wear the branded apparel (hat and/or T-Shirt) provided to him/her by 32Red Poker and will wear such branded apparel in accordance with the instructions provided Microgaming Poker management.
10. The player acknowledges and understands that the WSOP Event may receive wide media coverage including television coverage. The player agrees to be filmed and interviewed during his/her participation. The player agrees that it may be a pre-condition of entry to the WSOP Event, for him/her to sign a media network's release form.
11. As in poker tournaments of this nature, players may not sit out a hand. Players who are not present shall be "blinded off" and their hands folded until they have no more chips and are eliminated.
12. All games within the Vegas Poker Fantasy shall be Single or Multi-Table, no-limit Hold'em tables, following standard Poker rules.
13. The prizes will be displayed in the tournament lobby as registration closes for each tournament.
14. Decisions as to players' eligibility to enter the Vegas Poker Fantasy, WPT Bootcamp and the WSOP Event and to remain in and compete in same are at the sole discretion of Microgaming Poker management, or as the case may be, WPT Bootcamp or WSOP management, and any decisions taken by such management in this regard are final.
15. Microgaming Poker management reserves the right to deny entry to the Vegas Poker Fantasy and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
16. Microgaming Poker management reserves the right to change the rules and/or structure of the Vegas Poker Fantasy at its sole discretion. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
17. Microgaming Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Package and participating in the WPT Bootcamp and WSOP Events.
18. The Winner of the Package agrees to conduct himself/herself in an appropriate manner at all times during the WPT Bootcamp and WSOP Event and not do or say anything which may bring Microgaming Poker into disrepute.
19. The player understands and acknowledges that in order to receive the Package and participate in the WPT Bootcamp and WSOP Event, he/she may be required to agree to any further terms and conditions set by Microgaming Poker or set by WPT Bootcamp and WSOP management governing the Events themselves.
20. Microgaming Poker management reserves the right to amend or alter the Package. Any decisions taken by management in this regard are final.
21. The player acknowledges and understands that any prize won may be taxable. The player is solely responsible for making any necessary disclosures to the appropriate authorities and for payment of any taxes on any Package or prize won.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
23. The player agrees that each term and condition set out herein is fair and reasonable and agrees to be bound by them.
LEGALITY, INFORMATION DISCLOSURE AND TAXATION OF WINNINGS:
Microgaming jealously guards its participants' privacy. However, there may be circumstances in which disclosure of information to regulatory or fiscal authorities is necessary or desirable, and Microgaming reserves the right to release information in such circumstances. Please note that Microgaming cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, you are solely responsible to keep track of and report your winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Microgaming cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the internet is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must establish that your participation on Microgaming is lawful in your own jurisdiction.
