Battle of Malta Finals: More 32Red domination

Published by Nick - 32Red Poker Manager on

Perhaps there’s something in the virtual air at 32Red Poker, or we simply have more than our fair share of good players, but Team32Red saw an additional member joining the ranks for MPN Poker Tour’s much-awaited Battle of Malta last night when Edgaras Bucinskas (pictured above) won the MPNPT Malta: Package Final and with it a bumper €1,500 package!

This follows a recent 32Red success story when six of the eight packages and Main Event seats in two more Finals were won by 32Red players, and we hope the pattern continues right up until the event itself (15-22 October).

Edgaras was kind enough to give us an interview after his victory:

32Red: Congratulations on winning your VIP package to the Battle of Malta 2019 – how are you feeling today?

Edgaras: I’m very happy about this victory. The MPNPT Malta stop is a perfect combo of poker, nice weather, delicious food and an amazing atmosphere.

32Red: Who was the first person you told that you had won a BoM package?

Edgaras: The first was my girlfriend, Egle. I also told Deividas Kvaselis, who also won a package to Malta!

32Red: Was it a smooth, trouble-free tournament or were there a few bumps along the way?

Edgaras: There were some aggressive opponents, so sometimes it’s not easy to stay patient…

32Red: You have represented Team32Red at MPNPT events in Tallinn (twice), Sunny Beach, London and now Malta. Any particular reason why you like us so much? : )

Edgaras: First at all, the staff are very friendly and they always try to help you. I also like that organization – always trying to improve and grow.

32Red: You’ve been a regular at 32Red Poker for almost 2 years now – how would you describe your experience thus far?

Edgaras: You truly care about your players. The huge advantage over other sites is the Rakeback system, which I love. Personally, I have favourite daily tournaments, and there’s also Fish Party – that’s why I come back again and again.

32Red: Have you been to Malta before? Are you looking forward to it?

Edgaras: I have been to Malta once, and both myself and my friend (Deividas) made the Main Event final table, which is a nice memory. We also had a good time away from the tables. One more important thing – in St. Julian I found the best Fish & Chips I have ever eaten!

32Red: What would winning BoM19 mean to you?

Edgaras: First of all – glory, and the trophy. And a decent amount of money…

As always, we are holding ongoing qualifiers, with Feeder satellites starting at a mere €1.50(!) and Package/Seat Finals every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday…
